I wanted to use my AC for the first time the other day and nothing. I can heart he pump turn on but no cold air. I last used it last fall and it was fine. There are no codes, even had a friend check it with a hand held device. If it is a leak, how hard are they to find and how much does it cost to fix? I know you cant give the exact price but ball park would be nice. Could it be anything else?

You can turn your A/C on and check and see is the compressor is turning. If its turning and still no cold air then you most likely have a low charge in the system.
