Ac blowing out the defrost 2002 ram 3500
Morning how is everyone?
I’m only getting air out of the dash so I think it’s a vacuum tube problem.
When the black line goes threw the firewall does it go straight to the back of the control switch ? I’d like to reroute with new vacuum tube to see if it will work.

Mine broke off at the firewall so I need to splice into the black line but I’m not sure where to splice in. I’m going to try to go in somewhere on the drivers side firewall.

I’ve got good news. Got the black vacuum hose fixed but still couldn’t get anything but defrost. I pulled the yellow tube off the defrost Vacuum Actuator but no vacuum there so I thought it was the control switch. Nothing to loose so I pulled the cluster tubes loose from the back of the switch and blew into the yellow tube from the defrost Vacuum Actuator end with low air from a compressor and it was stopped up with something put it back together and everything thing works now you never know.
