ABS/Brake light on '96 Ram 2500 w/RWAL
A couple month ago I posted asking about an intermittent problem where the ABS and Brake lights would come on. No error codes were available by grounding pin 13 on the RWAL diagnostic connector.
I've recently discovered that the loss of power at the Stop Lamp fuse block will cause this problem. There's a 15-amp fuse for this circuit. In my case the fuse was good but the fuse connection was faulty.
If you have an intermittent ABS/Brake lamp problem, and no codes are available, and the brake lights don't work, then this might be answer.

The fix
It was a bad connection between the fuse and the fuse holder. I bent the fuse holder a bit and it seen to work okay. If the problem comes back I'll replace the fuse block.
