Usually it's the rear wheel speed sensor going out that will cause this. However, if yours is intermittent; it could be the bearings going bad causing issues with the front wheel ABS sensors (if you have 4 wheel ABS). Best you can do is check the wiring and all the sensors for chafing or corrosion on the connectors.
Mine did that- it seems to be a very common problem.
If I have learned one thing, it is that there is no quick fix. The rear sensor is one; the wiring harness for that sensor can chaff and be a problem; you can have a problem with the front sensors; in my case, there was a vacuum leak, causing problems with the abs. Both lights would intermittently come on, and then, finally stayed on all the time. Once the leak was fixed, the abs works again. And, no lights.
You need to get your truck scanned. That is the only way to pinpoint where the problem lies.
The first thing I replaced was the rear axle sensor, and that was not my problem.

Both lights mean any sensor is not reading properly. It could also be a host of other issues, but that is the most common. The sensors are plastic cased and, for me, seemed to get brittle after so many years. Even if they are not your problem, I would replace at least the rear one every 5-8 years or so. JMHO
