I haven't posted here in a while but my daughters truck is having an issue with only the digital odometer not working. It illuminates fine but is stuck on the current mileage. All other gauges work and there are no codes present from my OBD2 scan tool. I've done some searching and found a post on this forum back from '08 saying that if ONLY the odo is not working, it's most likely a little plastic gear in the speedo part of the instrument cluster that has stripped and requires the gear or cluster to be replaced. Any sensor malfunctions would also affect the speedo and maybe some other gauges, as well. Just wanted to check with you all to see if you might have experienced this as well and what the fix was.
