98' Dodge Ram 2500 Track Bar

My truck began to drift while towing my Hay Trailer. I'm told that the Track Bar should be replaced. There are many Trac Bars to choose from and I need some advice as to which Trac Bar is the best available. What would be your choice?

If there is an upgraded Track Bar available please advise me, Thank you.

Have dealt with the stock type on my friends trucks. Find a poly bushing for the axle side. The frame side can take a Luke's Link so you can keep adjusting the slack out of the joint.

I'd consider what u2slow said above. You can get a "Lifetime" trac bar from napa and replace it throughout your lifetime as it will go 2-3 years before squashing the bushings and getting loose or you can go with an aftermarket one like my Thuren and have to make some slight mods to make it fit.....the Luke's Links are pretty popular.

I agree. I usually go with the "lifetime" Moog truck bar and it gets changed out every 2nd to 3rd year if I drive the truck as a DD as I spend a decent amount of time driving the dirt back roads of VT.

I ordered the Lukes Link with the poly bushing this morning. I have driven my truck 10k miles in the last sixteen years so the lukes link should last me. I'm seventy six and don't get around much anymore. Thank you for the advise.
