Best is to pick up a factory service manual, 35 bucks on disc at Genos. If you don't plan on keeping it though, enough of us have them we can usually help.

Here is the pinout you need, it is the black connector.

Ok, now you need to find out where the voltage is leaking out.

Somewhere you have a break or chafing.

This is where a factory service manual would be very helpful, because I don't think I can post that many different pages.......

You know what, dumb question, but is yours a fairly leaky engine? For grins, have you disconnected the ESS sensor at the connector and seen if you have oil inside?

I did have that issue and others have had the same issue. It usually results in an intermittent tach, but it could just take it out.
If that is the case, all you have to do is blast it with contact cleaner, dry it and plug it back together.

When you put the radio in did you happen to remove any of the ground wires attached under the dash? It sounds like you could have lost a ground.

Now that's a heck of a good suggestion.

ALL Grounds are important to Dodges, matter of fact, extra grounds are like insurance with these things.

Good point to bring up!

Ill check the grounds. I put a new crank sensor in and all it fixed was the wait to start. The abs light is now on as well.

I checked the grounds think they are good. I noticed something weird today i had a power pod jump starter hooked to the truck to get it to start and it drained the pod in just a minute or two. Does this mean i have power leaking out some where? Its a heavy duty diesel engine starting power pod so it should last awhile.

LOL, I doubt it, these things take a whale of a lot to crank over.

When it is even a bit cold, I can kill my Interstates pretty quickly if she doesn't fire right off.

Take the stereo out and re wire everything back to the way it originally was. I bet a feed wire has been either broken and is not showing visible signs of damage or you have tied into the wrong circuit. To much of a coincidence to put a stereo in and nothing works.right after that.
