Just a plain ole guy
Mine has a little bit of this. I haven't dug into it yet, but I've heard someone say the sag is actually in the pastic parts somewhere and adjusting those will fix it.

On mine it appears the plastic bumper cover (grey) is not fastening on the white square mounting things- replacing them would do it. I'm just too cheap (I know what the plastic rivits cost to reattach the inner fender lining I can only imagine what those cost) and too lazy to investigate further.

Hey guys, If it's anything like mine, the plastic clips on the inside of the plastic end caps break off and no longer supports itself.
I was able to fix mine by drilling through the plastic where the broken clip is and run a 1/4" carriage bolt (slottless head with a square under the head in case you were wondering).
I used one long enough so I could use two nuts and a fender washer, then tightend the nuts against each other so the plastic wouldn't get that "sunk in look"
Painted the head black and looks pretty decent

Im not talking about the plastic mines all clipped together, but I know the plastic covers are cheaply made and onece they pop thats it. I used self tapping screws and painted them grey on the previous bumper.
After talking with some other people Ive found out that I need to adjust the bumper brackets some more and I might have to bend the side ones some.
If yall are looking for replacement plastic Ive seen some on Ebay for around $50 for the grey piece
