Smile 2002 3500 2WD Steering Stalbilizer kit update?

Retired about 1 year ago and will finally do some serious RV travel. I use my truck just for RV/hauling, thus it has only 70k on it
I am looking to add a steering stabilizer kit as these are highly recommended for towing.
What are your thoughs on which product?
Custom diesel has a kit for $139, I think free shipping?
Thoughts on this, vs BD, DSS?, Summit?
Will also do the Firestone airbags for the truck/RV ride, even though my rig is fairly level. Pulling 2000 32' Mobil Scout.9k empyy, but seems to have a lot of pin weight due to axles being about 2/3 back. Thoughts on this approach?

A set of air bags would be a good upgrade....I have Pac brake air bags(firestone just as good) on my truck and they work great....The only thing...Reduce the PSI in the air bags when the trailer is not attached...The truck will really bounch around with to much PSI when empty..

I can't speak to the 2wd's for the steering brace, but I don't think the 4x4 frame mount for the steering box is much different, so the end result should be similar. Much less frame flex at the steering box mount.

Assuming it's about the same as on my 4x4, I'd say it is a MUST HAVE. It really took a lot of sloppiness out of my steering.

I installed a steering stabilizer last summer for a fellow who got it off ebay for $99, free shipping.
Quality was just as good as the $200 plus ones that are sold elsewhere.

The steering stabilizer is well worth the investment. I got one off ebay for 109 and it was made with a piece of square tubing instead of heavy angle. Stiff as hell. Really a big difference. And air bags for sure are a big help with towing or hauling heavy.
