Does any one know what needs services on the heatd seats when the light blinks on the switch?

I don't have the heated seats but from what little I've stumbled across over the years I think it means the seat unit itself is shorted out and needs replaced. VERY high dollar from the dealer. Check out post #2 in this thread:

for a cheaper than dealer repair that doesn't look "aftermarket".
