200K on the engine is not a problem.
Everything else needs to be checked throughly. Do you know who the truck belonged to? Can you get the service records on the truck?

Even though the engine can last much longer then 200K miles, a lot of other things tend to wear out. Turbo's, lift pumps, injector pumps, engine sensors, trans, gears, u-joints and suspension are just some of the things that need to be checked. These are the same things you should check on any used truck you buy.

These things are excellent trucks, but just like anything mechanical and electrical, things do wear out.

As for prices, they vary from place to place. Check the local lots and newspapers for prices, as well as NADA, Kelly Blue Book, and Edmunds.com.

Good Luck,
CR
