the cd/dvd player



little more place for the bigger unit



unit installed with home made braces




Bezel cutted with the player trim welded



holes filled with new plastic each pieces welded



with some putty



I'll post updated picture when i'll done all sanding and paint

 

alot of work to go through

 

alot of work i used to do alot of custom install some years back you should get some fiberglass mat and mix up some resin alot easier and alot stronger I have a single din kenwood which flips out to a 6.5 inch screen seemed like the way to go not all the hard moddingto the dash. good luck
