1998 and 1999 wiring harness HELP

1998 and 1999 wiring harness HELP
So I have a 1999 2500 ST quad cab 24 v 5 speed. the body is shot!
I just bought a 1998 2500 SLT quad cad rolling chassis auto ... taking it off and putting it on the 1999
Both are Diesel .
Seems that the 1998 harness under the hood of the has 3 extra plugs on the firewall over the brake booster .
Anyone know why and what are they for?
The 2000 dosn't have this!

I HAVE now been told that these three plugs are for the auto tranny .
Question now is will the wiring harness that runs from the fuse panel under the hood to the interior of the cab still work ? or will I have to change it?
