I have a 1994 3500 2wd and am about to do some work on it. And Im really confused about the brakes and the steering dampner. Its 2WD ind Front susp. and the 10500 GWR. The person I bought the truck from said it was all stock. But it has a steering dampner on it. Was this stock on the 2WD? And how do I know if it has 4 or 2 wheel ABS? Any advice would be very helpful.

My 94 4x4 has a dampner[stock], in my mind I think the bigger tires[compaired to a car] need one and if you drive off road even more so. as to abs look at the master and just under it you'll see 2 other aluminum units with hydro lines and wires the lower one is abs for rear wheels and also the steering wheel has abs mark in the center for other info do a search here for turbo diesel buyers guide and you can find yr to yr info.
