Ive got a buddy with a 01.5 and he just called me and said that he drove home, shut er off, and went in his house. he came back and he said that itll turn over, but it wont start. sounds like hes not getting fuel??? i havent got the chance to look at it but he needs it back up and running ASAP! Thansk for all the help

 

Is this lift pump running? How much fuel is in the tank? Maybe a bad sending unit on the fuel gauge? Just brainstorming... Have him crack a couple injector lines to verify he's getting fuel...

 

you know the drill, check that the lp is running and flowing, also check the rubber lines at the lp as they seem to puke there and let the smallest little bit of air in to screw up the program

 

i told him to bump the starter and see if he could hear the lp. he said that he was in town and hed do it when he got home. 1/4 of a tank. Also told him to crack a line. I really dont think itll be his ip but its very possible.
