What size is the blow down tube on the 24 valves?

CD - Assume you mean the crank case vent?
It's 3/4" hose..... on the 2nd Gens. (Ah, see you have a 99..... fill in signature so we can better answer your questions.)
I ran mine down the drivers side of the block and INTO the frame and back out behind the transfer case.
