What FP readings do you guys see with stock LP?
Re:What FP readings do you guys see with stock LP?
My fuel gauge is post filter (the way its shown in the picture in this thread). I put the banjo bolts on last Friday so I don't know if the milage has gone up. I have a hard time believing that they will improve milage but I'll report any changes.<br>Bruce

16 psi idle
14 psi cruising at 65mph
10 psi WOT
Never varies.
That's post-filter from the VP44 schrader valve, with bombs and banjo bolts. I've got one of the last VP44's & lift pumps for the '02 model year. Supposedly there were changes that helped.

The dual gauge is from Westberg Mfg., Inc.—Westach. It is not a stock gauge. A phone call to Westach will get combination gauges made to order at reasonable prices. The needles have always been steady. The Westach gauges are driven by electric sending units (see attached photo). I've run 18 inch lengths of 3/16 inch fuel hose from the inlet and outlet of the transfer pump to the senders. The fuel hoses were full of air at install. I have no idea if the air has been displaced by fuel.
