weird codes....can't find the number anywhere

it's a 2002 , 2500 24valve, all stock..
I just pulled the truck out for summer. it's acting funny, dreaded dead pedal when cold ( but only while driving, in nutural it rev's normal? ) once it warms up it runs & drives normal...
did the key thingie to get codes and am getting PCU P1693 and ECU P0215
What the heck is P0215?
can't find it in the codes anywhere..
I just had a vp44 and liftpump installed last fall and have only drove it roughly 60 miles before it was put away for winter.
any ideas?

Probably not a VP, but possible.

Are you sure your lift pump is running?
