VP44 Again?

Recently my tuck has been surging at highway speeds just like it did before the VP went out about a year ago. This morning it did it in second gear just as I was pulling out of my driveway and it did it a few more times in 3rd and 4th gears but not so much at highway speeds. Im not sure what to think of it. It feels like im pumping the throttle as im going down the road or like the power drops off for a second then comes back, it'll buck a time or two and be good for a few miles then do it again. I have had a FASS 95 GPH on it since I replaced it last January. I also turned the key three times to check for codes and Ive got nothing. Is the VP on its way out again or could it be something else.

Any input on this is much appreciated, Thanks guys

Brother, I'm no expert but mine is acting the same way and I think I'm about due to shell out some VP cash. Crazy thing is that I have no death code either, do ya have hard starts?

No I dont have hard starts, its only hard to start when the temp. is below 25 and I dont plug it in. other than that it starts like its 80* outside. Im gonna change my fuel filter and take off my EZ tonight and cross my fingers that one of those is the problem cause I really cant afford a new pump right now. Best of luck to ya

I agree on the APPS. That's what mine was doing, reset the APPS and cured the problem...
