Vp44 - 007???
I have an 01 auto dodge 2500 SO according to everything that is a 027 vp44 well i got a 007 and it wont start on its own-needs ether, and than will idle like **** and want change rpm throughout pedal positioning like floored and at idle.
It has to be the wrong pump, anyone know what a 007 pump is to if this is the case?
Kyle

The CKP is the crankshaft position sensor. I'm confused because I thought that the 01s didn't have the CKP?
Maybe the code is for the CMP?
Look here for some more details..

Okay correction, i pulled the pump and its a 022 instead of a 027 still not the same pump are these pumps compatable?
according to this chart it says theres three different models for an 01 truck and i thought a 027 was for all standard outputs whats the difference? anyone?
