valve diameters
does anyone know what the diameters of the 24 valve head is and if so how do they compare to the 12 valve

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Main reason for 24 valve was to get injector in middle of piston for most even burn. Flow may be slightly improved. I'm sure someone can fill the detail gap.
