Turbo hoses

Bought my 99 used at 158000 and now has 191000 on the clock and pretty much everything has not been touched, except for the tranny rebuild/ ball joints. My question is when should all the hoses to/from the turbo be replaced? I have not yet checked for any leaks but the lower hoses on the intercooler feel a little "flimsy". Should I just go ahead and replace them or no worries? Yup still somewhat of a noobie use this as a tow vehicle for my off road toy.

No guages yet but working on it so I will wait and see what it is. Should above 15 or 20 PSI on a stocker correct?

My truck is a 98 and I have original hoses on the intercooler. I have no plans to replace them, I had them out once and they looked good to me.

I agree with PaulDaisy....I have over 150K on mine and mine are not leaking yet, that and the clamps are the only thing that should bother you.
My hose clamps have given me trouble when I get over 28# boost by letting the hose slip and leak.
