Depends on the mods.

With mine I get about 42 at WOT from a stop but at freeway speeds if I mash er down I can get 50.

I think the stock set up is around 20 PSI.

Yes, it will vary between 19 and 21 for a stock truck.

Stock 2nd generation engines are limited to 15-18psi of boost. With an aftermarket control box, you could see as high as 45-50psi in a high setting and a modified elbow on the turbo and/or a modified waste gate. Mind you though, the stock computer is calibrated to work within its programming and will set a "over boost" code every time you do.

On the 98-2000's the wastegate is fully open at 19 psi on a stock truck. With just my VA box I can see over 30 psi and with some injectors it is pushing the stock hx35 out of its efficiency range. On the 01 and 02 auto tranny trucks the boost is set at 21 psi, and the 6 speeds are set at 26 psi.

I'm seeing right around 18-20 PSI for a stock truck with a 5 speed...
