at what MPH or RPM will the turbo on a 24v HO kick in ?? How will you know when it does ??

[/quote] Mine starts in at about 1700 rpm, is VERY strong by 1800 - and then carries to 2500 rpm or so before that powerful "surge" starts dropping off - "how will you know"? Believe me, you WILL know!

IF you can not feel the power surge, you can install a boost gauge, or just listen for the WHHHHEEEEEeeee when the turbo spools up.

Install a boost gague you will know then or remove the silencer ring you will really know! When I hit second gear mine sounds like a hoover on drugs so I know!
