Turbo ?

While changing my oil yesterday I noticed a slight film of oil on the compressor side of my turbo. Its definitely motor oil and not much but I am still concerned. Have any of you noticed this? The air filter is clean and everything is tight and not leaking as far as the intake side is concerned.

Have not seen this on mine. Maybe you had some oil spill during an oil change? Or *(&%.

No, its jsut a film of motor oil that surrounds the compressor wheel housing and about 1 drop rests at the bottom of housing. I think a seal in the bearing may be at fault as the compressor shaft has no detectable play and turns smoothly.
