After installing a chip and gauges went to start the truck and all i get is a clicking noise hen the key is turned to the on position. the truck will turn over but no starting. the lift pump makes no noise and the wait to start light doesn't even come on now.

Check all your fuses.

Just bump your starter, any noise from the LP?

Which "Chip"? Did you run a F/P gauge? Crack a line after the fuel filter and bump the starter, fuel spraying everywhere?

 

no lift pump at all nothing besides the relay type sound.

 

Connection at the LP harness good? You didn't do anything else electric wise besides the gauges?

 

And the chip. the connections are good. what about reseting relays. i saw a thread on reseting them but dont remember where

 

Might want to check your connections there, dielectric grease on there?

 

Unhook the "Chip", see what happens then.

 

it was the fuse box i broke it loose messing around. i dont know how but i did.
