I have a 01 ram diesel and had some water in the fule tank and the truck starter poping and running rough. I drained the tank and the water seperator but the truck still pops and jerks when on the throttle, any answers anyone?

How much water? water and IP's & injectors do not mix! if your lucky all you ruined is an injector, you could pull them and have them tested, to confirm if they are good or not

 

Not to much, but if i stop the truckand drain the fuel filter after it starts to pop, it will be ok for a little while then start to pop again.
