Well I believe my Transmission is about shot! Tell me what ya think..

-Will not shift out of 1st gear unless I back my foot off the throttle pedal.
-When re-applying the go pedal, If i get on it pretty good it seems like its slipping out of gear and red lining the engine.
-While driving down the road if I pull the shift lever into 2nd and give it some throttle its like im in Neutral.. There is NOTHING!
-If I am really easy on it, it just shifts like normal.
-The engine feels like its working really hard to get the truck to move.
-While driving around 45-50mph the rpms fluctuate, like its locking and unlocking the TQ.

So let me know what ya think! The truck is a 99 24V with an Auto.

 

Is the fluid discolored? Mine was acting like that before it finally took a big dump all over me. Possibly need a fluid and filter change, but that is usually worse on them than just leaving it alone.

It looks like the gov sensor and transducer are your problem. They are on the valvebody and cost about $150 for the parts.

 

Yea! it's shot. Fix before it gets worse.
