Tps (apps)

I have done all the adjustments I can on the TPS I got it right on the .502 volts that it had on the tag but it still bucks at low throttle. I can tap it lightly on the side and it evens out the voltage but it starts jumping around shortly after. The CEL comes on after the truck is started, then after a couple of starts the light goes out, then the light comes back on. I went into the dealership and was told that there was only two part #'s I was floored by the $700+ price tag.
I looked in the BWD catalog http://www.bwdautomotive.com and found that they have one Part # EC3339, Niehoff part # FE40339 and Blue Streak part # TH 383 ( all the same company) The description said a "Diesel, w/ M.T." it comes with the bracket.
If the dealer is right, is one for an Auto and the other for a standard transmission?
If only the bracket is different, can I use my old bracket with the new switch ? or are they different switchs ?
Has anyone had any experience with any of these parts ?

Go to a Cummins dealer. I think they're around $350 now....maybe gone up though.

Have you read the codes to be sure it's the APPS?

Yep, looks like it. Try a Cummins dealer or any big truck place that works on Cummins.
