Tire size

Would there be much difference in performance of my truck, between 265/75/16 and 285/75/16 tires ?

I went from 265s to 285s and found no problems whatsoever. Performance is about the same and I liked the look of the 285s over the 265s. Of course that wasn't good enough so I now have 315s....
