Did anyone can tell me something about the timing and control module the goes under the steering wheel

 

Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the ECM in the engine compartment? There's also the ODB2 connector under the dash just to the right of the steering column. Or are you talking about a third party timing box like the Edge Comp?
