even since i have owned my truck third gear shifting quick third gear grinds sometimes no mater if the clutch pedal is to the floor. other times it's flawless. when i come to a stop it also sometimes hard to get in gear i have to put it in other gears first before i can get it in 2nd or 1st. it also seems stiffer or harder to go through the gears than other trucks i have driven it did'nt change when i out my southbend in either. and suggestions or any help on a fix would help thanks!.

 

Sounds like clutch hydraulics...
