sqeak in front end between 35 to 50 going stright after about 15 mins driving and when you go to turn left at about 5 to 10 miles an hour i have looked for a week and can not find it sounds like under the hood or up by the firewall

 

Did you try greasing all of the zerts in the front end?

 

Have someone stand in the door opening of the truck and rock the truck while you have a look underneath for the evil squeak. I have found the squeaks show up more in humid conditions which may be the case with you.

Also check the shifter linkage for the transmission as that can create evil noises as well.
