Stock truck should never blow smoke, except for the white/blue smoke on really cold mornings.

Check for tears/rips/holes in your intercooler boots.

My truck smokes more when warmer outside. Since you put the exhaust on in Dec. you may not have noticed it, but now that it is getting warmer you are. Should not smoke much stock. But every diesel i have had even when stock if you mash the throttle it would blow a little(puff) smoke. Maybe the bigger exhaust has something to do with it to.

Mine will leave a puff now and again. It lets out more of a haze than anything, more noticable at night with a ricer's lights in my side views!

Make sure your intercooler boots haven't slipped or ripped. Also check your airfilter. Lack of air will cause more smoke.

Be sure to check the air filter. My will do the same thing when it is has been cool, very humid and rainy for a couple days. I think the air cleaner soaks up moisture and gets restricted untill it dries out again.
As a note, mine began doing the smoke thing more and more as well as sharply less mpg then one day the Injector pump died right in it's tracks without warning other than this.

I is prob be because the exhaust is moving slower coming out of the bigger pipe and in a better place to see it than when it was stock. My brother-in-laws 07 megacab dually would smoke some when stock but just a haze. He could not see it driving but I did fallowing. He can see it now though. Don't worry about it.
