smoke

okay so i have heard you can add some oil into your gas tank for some smoke? true? if so how much? and will it hurt my truck?

musta herd it on a ferd site.... on this site folks add it to put some lubrication in the fuel, helps replace what is missing in ulsd. I add a quart of 2 stroke per fillup, others use filtered used motor oil in various amounts. older motors in general are more forgiving on using the waste motor oil imho.

You won't see any more smoke if you put oil in your fuel. Your 24v should be smokin now. if not put some bigger injectors in it. If your wanting smoke from that 12v'er turn the star wheel and grind the plate.

Why do you want smoke? That is wasted fuel, pollution, and a cry for stricter emissions laws. What you really need is a more powerful truck that doesn't smoke at all.
