Size of Rocker Arm bolt?

Size of Rocker Arm bolt?
After stripping the threads from the hole of the rocker arm bolt, I need a helicoil kit. What size is this 12.9 grade bolt? I think it is either a 8mm or 7mm. What's the technical term for this bolt (M8-20?).... My FSM says 27ft lbs. My torque wrench said 27 and it stripped a lot earlier than that....
