Shudder through first gear

I have searched this and other forums without luck. SO the question; I have a 99 auto. As I accelerate from a stop, I get a shutter or vibration that seems to start at the front of the truck and move its way to the rear and then gos away until I start again from a stop.

I replaced the TC and the tranny (unrelated failure) and the shuter has not changed. I also had the rear Diff serviced thinking that some service guy may have used the wrong gear oil in the limit slip. No help.

The U-joints visually appear OK, no slop, but maybe under a load???

Any suggestions of where to look would be appreciated.

Have you adjusted the bands on the tranny yet?

The Tranny is new. The shudder has there before the new tranny as well. The truck is lifted, could it be the angle of the drive shaft to the rear diff?
