I removed the fender liners to ease the installation. I agree the drivers side was a bugger to press the shock down once all the hardware was inserted. Using the power tools is the only way to go!!!!

Bilstein 5100 installed last night. About 15min per shock. The lower shock bushing sleves seemed to be to large....had to grind them down also. I could see where the back pass side could be difficult if you have stock exhaust hangers or a hot exh pipe to work around. The other aftermrkt shocks were shot...so bad the rear was about 1.5" lower than the front. Other than that the Bilsteins ride great and were worth the $300, free shipping @ eshocks.com. Next item today is the dry amsoil air filter....the UPS guy better not be late!

easy to do, takes about 1 to 2 hours---the front is easy on the pasenger side, the driver side, you just have to squash the shock and then pull it out. the rears are easy, just remove the spare tire and all is good. the rear sway bar is only a problem on the pasenger side, but you only have to loosen two bolts a little to get the shock bolt out...I put on Bilsteins from Genos Garage and very happy.
