Found what I was looking for.
It should be on the driver side below the power steering pump.Personally,I think they were more prominent in the earlier models.I think Dondge knew ,well of this problem after it started.Heres a link that should answer all your questions,you my have seen it already.http://www.stamey.info/Truck/Cummins53BlockFAQ.htm
