Question about big line from filter housing to VP44

Hello, I'm new to this site and CTD's. I picked up my truck a few weeks ago and when changing the fuel filter, discovered that the LP was toast. I installed a new style Airtex pump today (on the block) and the truck is running great. I also ordered the Vulcan big line kit from Geno's and decided to run the big line from the bottom of the fuel filter housing to the VP44 inlet. I followed the instructions, but it seems now that the big line is covering the power steering reservoir cap. Anyone else run into this situation before?

On mine I was able to install that particular line just to the left or above the PS fill cap. It is tight but still allows access. Well worth 1-2 psi.

I had that problem also, I just turned the line up a little bit & it did clear the cap enough to get it out.

On mine I just cut the hose a little long so that it would bend around the PS cap.

Thumbs up Thanks

Cool, thanks for the replies. I decided to add another 90 elbow to space it out a little. Maybe once I get the airtex pump adapter and finish the big line install to the tank, I'll have enought line left to make another.
