I just put an Edge EZ on my truck. It's all stock except for the EZ. I have gauges on the truck. What are the pros & cons of installing the boost elbo that came with the EZ. I use the truck to pull my 11.5K lb fifth wheel. Thanks for the replies.

pro - Closing off part or all the wastegate gives more air to help burn the added fuel.
Max boost for your turbo, before you reach too much, is 35 psi!

First thing I'd do is ad a lift pump, the stock or stock style LP cant provide enough fuel to keep the VP happy when you add fueling mods..... Ask me how I know. Got a FP guage? if not get one.

ad the elbow too......No cons, all pros......

 

Yea gauges are a must on 24valves keeping pressure at least above 5psi at all times will ensure Injection pump life...
