Power steering leak question.

I have been chasing oil leaks on this new truck, 2000 Ram 2500- Auto-CC-4x4-Short Box- all stock. The final leak is the power steering pump. I found it full to the top with motor oil. Sucked out as much as I could with a turkey baseter and added PS fluid. I did this twice and plan to cycle it a couple more times later. But for now, I find that the oil, even at correct level, is being pushed out of the filler cap while driving. I also think that the steering box has a small leak. What can cause the pressure build up in a power steering system?

Well the search engine does not seem to work at 3am, but I have read where the old over used PS fluid will airate and push out of the cap looking like motor oil. I'll reflush several times more today and go from there. Thanks.
