power steering ?

power steering ?
How do you check the fluid level? Truck running or off? This is a 98 24v auto tranny dually with 278k on it.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Engine warm and shut down. It would be unsafe to have your hand into engine compartment far enough to remove cap with engine running.
