power lossage

Hello, I have a 2002 dodge diesel 2500 sport, here is the start of the story. at the beggining of winter when i would start my truck while being plugged in she would start running really rough, but if i tapped the throttle a bit she would go away, now when i start driving i could only get up to 20 k/m an hour and i could mat the pedal but nothing would happen no increase in rpm or speed. after a lil bit of driving it would be like someone flicked a switch and all of a sudden i had normal power. now every so often i would be at 100 k/m ans she would start backing off in power slowly and then kick back in.

now ibelieved it to be bad fuel and drained the tank and put in new fuel, changed the fuel filter. and ive been putting conditioner in the fuel all winter long. no matter what i do so far i still get occurences of whats written above, it is less now since its warmer up

any help would be appreciated thanks!

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Check for codes in odometer. 3 key on's will do it. Check and clean all gound connections you find and battery connections. Check lift pump pressure. You may be losing the LP, which is not uncommon.

It could be the apps. Try the apps reset procedure & see if that helps. I had similar symptoms with mine & that fixed it.
