Has Anyone Ever Bent A Pinion. I Put My Rearend Back Together And Its Vibrating At 45+ Mph.

 

I'm not sure if the dodge has a master spline to keep the yokes"in phase" or not, Did you seperate the yoke from the drive shaft? I doubt a bent pinion will cause a vibration, but if the bearing preload is off(meaning you can move the yoke/pinion around) then that will cause vibration. a bad hanger bearing will cause a vibration under load and lessen as the truck comes up to speed.
