Does anyone know what kind of material outerwears uses for their prefilters like for the BHAF?

It is supposed to be water repellant, which I like the idea of.

I figure I can make my own way cheaper than $35 bucks

 

when I was using them they seemed just like a nylon material but couldn't say for sure.

 

You can stretch a panty hose leg over your bhaf to capture the bigger stuff ie bug wings, hay chaff, cottonwood seed etc.

Cheap and sexy if you get the right shade!
