I know the spline count (23) matches up if its a 271d from an auto truck, but is a 48re output bolt pattern the same as a 47re output bolt pattern? My tcase is out of the truck right now and I know of a 271d in the area. Linkage/sensor/crossmember issues don't concern to me, just the bolt pattern.

Its the same, You might want to put in a 241 dhd which is quite a bit stronger.

I happen to have one available that was rebuilt and has about fifteen thousand on it.
