Not starting
Not starting
I have a 99 24 valve and when I go to start it I just get a click. There is no attempt to crank or anything. Both batteries are a couple months old and charged fine. I had the same issue a week ago and replaced the starter because of it. Now it's at it agin. I checked the voltage on the starter and it's fine. The only thing I can think of is that I'm parked at a weird angle and its causing some sort of problem.
And ideas or tips are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to DTR!
Usually a problem like this is caused by pitted and corroded contacts in the starter solenoid. That's a somewhat common problem on our Rams, and is easily fixed with a new set of contacts in the solenoid, plus a new solenoid plunger.
Do you still have the original starter? I hope you do, since that is a very well built and rugged starter. It's easily serviced and rebuildable. Unfortunately, a lot of aftermarket starters are not as well built.
Either way, let's start with an inspection. Pull the starter and put it on your workbench. The starter solenoid is the little block attached to the main body of the starter. Remove the three screws from the end cap and carefully pull the cap off. Remove the plunger, being careful not to lose the spring and ball bearing under it. Now look at the electrical contacts, should be nice and clean copper. If pitted/corroded/burnt, you'll need new ones.

Right, but he said he had good voltage to the starter, but no starting. That indicates to me of bad starter contacts, or a bad starter.
My starter did it to me twice, starter solenoid would close, but just made a clunk noise. No starting. Bad contacts in my case.
