2000 ram 3500 cummins 24 valve. would not shift into high gear nor lock auto door locks @ 15 mph as usual. Shop traced what they thought was a short resulting in a amp spike of 4.9 at idle speed. they traced all the wires for possible short and found nothing to the ecm. I sent ecm to Fla. for rebuild and they said ecm was fine. anyone experience a similar problem? any help would be greatly appreciated.
