hi guys and gals just wanted to say hi im new to the diesel world so any advice is welcomed i have a 2001 3500 dually i just bought a week ago it has a afe cold air, diablo power puck im looking to do some mods so any help would be appreciated thanks

List all of your mods and put them in your sig. Does it have a fuel pressure gauge? If not, that is the first thing you should add, knowing your fuel pressure will help your injector pump (also called a vp44) live longer. The pressure reading you can tell when your lft pump goes out, which is the electric pump that feeds the rotary pump at the engine. Also you didnt mention it but another great mod is a 4" turbo back exhaust. With that exhaust you truck will sing to you!

 

no i do not have a fuel gauge yet but it coming, as far as the exhaust i now it doesn't have the muffler on it as far as the cat i don't know i got the truck the same day i had to leave to go offshore really havnt had time to look at everything i know my uncle told me someone changed out a fuel pump on the engine but i will get more details when i get home i do know that im going to put on stacks hopfully when i get home..thanks
